The Booking of the Wedding
Because of the number of weddings we photograph each year, a deposit will be necessary to secure your wedding date and time. Once you have selected the wedding coverage that best fits your needs, a deposit of one third of the total is required. The Second payment is due at the time of the bridal portrait sitting, or six weeks prior to the wedding. A photographic script will be created , insuring complete coverage of your wedding day. At this time, the remaining balance is due. An unlimited number of photographs will be taken on the day of your wedding, from which you will select for the album and coverage you have chosen. Each wedding package includes the completed wedding album, album photographs, time and services related to the wedding.
The Bride's Classic
This is our most exclusive wedding coverage. The Bride and Groom will receive unlimited hours of photography time. Our photographic style includes a combination of portrait and candid photography to completely cover the wedding story. Your completed wedding album will consist of 40 story pages of mixed sized photographs including 8x10's, 5x7's, and 4x5's in an *Art Leather Album.
The Bride's Choice
With the Bride's Choice, the Bride and Groom will receive 5 hours of photography time. Your completed wedding album will consist of 30 story pages of mixed size photographs including 8x10's, 5x7's, 4x5's, in an *Art Leather Album. Also included, is a casual engagement sitting.
The Bride's Traditional
The Bride and Groom will receive 20 story pages of 8x10's, 5x7's and 4x5's in an *Art Leather Album. They will receive 4 hours of photography time. This selections includes a casual engagement sitting.
The Bride's Basic
The Bride and Groom will receive (60) 4x5's in an album. This includes 2 1/2 Hours of photography time. Note:This package is only available 60 days prior to the wedding if it is on a Saturday.
Parent's Special
Parents receive (40) 4x5 color originals in an *Art Leather Album.
Additional Prints
Additional prints will be available for family and friends that wish to order reprints from your wedding, and must be paid in full before they can be processed. Shipping charges are extra. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
The Formal Bridal Portrait

Your portrait will be created for you with an artistic touch in posing, backgrounds or outdoor settings, and props to enhance the complete image. We suggest prior to your appointment, that you arrange for a Design Session. This will aid us in creating a color or black and white portrait that meets your expectations.
We approach each sitting as unique and individual. We can help by planning the desired sitting, attire, and atmosphere which may include the beach, a beautiful plantation, our studio, even your own home.
Professional Fees
The professional fee covers the cost of the photography for the sitting and the showing of the proofs. Proofs are viewed in the studio via video monitor. The fee is due at the time of the sitting

The Masters Portraits is hand printed under the most strict conditions. Each portrait is completely retouched and enhanced to meet our specifications. Once this is completed, the print is then bonded to a fine linen canvas and placed on a masonite panel. A heavy lacquer coating is added to preserve this fine art piece.
Prestige Portrait
The Prestige Portrait begins with negative retouching to soften major lines and blemishes. Each portrait is custom printed with close attention to detail. The print is them bonded to a heavyweight mountboard with a heavy lacquer texture finish added for protection.
Deluxe Print
Print to printing each negative is individually retouched, softening major lines and blemishes. The print will be mounted for easy framing. A lacquer coating is added for protection.
Standard Print
Each print is printed on the finest automated equipment available in today's market.
Viewing
The originals from your portrait sitting will take approximately 24 hours to prepare for you viewing. At the time of your sitting, we will set up an appointment for you to come back and make your selections. Once you have made your selections, the complete order will take approximately three to four weeks to return.
Black & White Prints
Standard Print...These prints are hand printed under the strictest conditions.
Custom Print...These prints are hand printed under the strictest conditions. This procedure includes dodging and burning and other necessary steps to create a fine archival print. This prints are mounted on artboard.
